Nick Drake was a British singer-songwriter who died by his own hand aged just 26 in November 1974.

He left behind three albums which were met with indifference at the time, but have since influenced countless contemporary artists from The Cure’s Robert Smith to Lucinda Williams, REM, Blur, Beck, Coldplay… and the list goes on.

Now, a tribute to the songs of Nick Drake is coming to Sydney and Melbourne, almost four decades since his death.
